Ladies and gentlemen:
Here we have an East Coast style India Pale Ale brewed with copious amounts of hops: Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Magnum all playing their roles. The hefty melange of grains utilized in the brew lend some serious malt balls, a candied-malt complexity that is like, well, a Hop-Rock-Candy-Mountain of goodness. I recommend getting on it, now.
Vital Stats:
Gravity – 16.3P/1.067
IBU's - 65
Hop Rate – 4.0 lbs/bbl
ABV - 6.9 %
Hops - Magnum, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial
Colour – 6.8 SRM
Malts - Pale Ale, Melanoidin, Munich, Dextrin (CaraPils), Crystal 15

Sounds DDDDDelicious.
Your link isn't working, though.
Awesome awesome beer. That beer should be a permanent fixture. Now if they would just put bacon on the menu to pair. :)
Hhahaha. I'm holding out for hop-bacon.
Thanks for the kudos guys, always happy to see folks enjoying the beer.
Hello Nash, Congratulations on making some very fine kick ass beers for the last year on the waterfront. Its been great checking out when the next creation will be be born and drinking it. So....Do you think we will see the return of past creations such as the Double Simcoe Smash, Hop Monster and the Hop Candy India Pale?
Another brilliant effort Greg. I think I caught it at the end of the batch past its peak and it was still one of the best yet.
Thanks guys, glad you've enjoyed the beers!
Geth: There are a few beers I'll likely bring back in due time, no firm plans yet but will keep you all updated when it happens.
Cheers
