Window Pane - Harvest IPA

Born on Sept 18th 2010

Today we have our latest in the L.S.D. beer series in the form of 'Window Pane' - a wet-hopped 'Harvest' India Pale Ale brewed with copious amounts of freshly picked Cascade and Fuggle hops from Pictou county that were added to the brew within 20 hrs of being picked in the fields. Fermented with a blend of Belgian and American yeast strains for an interesting twist.

Orange Sunshine - Saison

Born on September 3rd 2010

On tap today we have Orange Sunshine - a Saison brewed with dark Belgian Candi syrup, Curaçao orange peel, the Citra hop cultivar and of course,  lots of peace and love. Orange pith and tropical fruit flavours dominate with a refreshing finish.

Coming down the pipeline we have a new wet-hop harvest ale brewed with freshly picked Nova Scotia grown Cascade and Fuggle hops.
