And now, the continuation of the Insanity Sauce Series with installment II....
Tiny Dancer is a single hop India Pale Ale of tiny proportions, well mostly. Okay okay, it's tiny by comparison to some IPAs you'll find crafted at the Hart and Thistle. But don't let the lack of calculated IBUs or the meager 6.4% ABV fool you, Tiny Dancer is packin' a mighty and flavourful punch from copious amounts of the Glacier hop cultivar being infused during its inception. I have to say, for a smaller IPA there's a lot going on in this beer. Wonderfully complex with layers of flavours, so much so that one might say it's insane. Think green tea, honey, candy, citrus, grass, blossoms, spices and herbs. Hold me closer.
As with any beer, this is not suitable for consumption at a royal wedding so get that idea out of your head right now.
Tiny Dancer hits the taps Saturday April 30th at 11:00 a.m.
Enjoy.
