Well folks as unbelievable as this may seem, the one and only Hop Mess Monster has been spotted near the Halifax waterfront again and this time she's been eating steroids!
Ugly as all get-out and as tasty as a lupulin gland could possibly be, the Monster returns with a serious vengeance, and soon. Clearly the first incarnation of Messie wasn't hoppy enough with a subtle 11 lbs per barrel hop-rate and a meager 533 calculated theoretical IBUs. Hop Mess Monster v.2.0 sports stunning proportions of hopdonkulous lupulicious goodness for each and every one of us - doubling the original it clocks in at a mind-twisting, palette-numbing 1066 calculated theoretical IBUs with an unheard of 18.5 pounds per barrel hop-rate. For the homebrewers out there that's over 3.5 lbs of hops per 23 L of beer.
Prepare your palettes for something you won't soon forget.

Now I haven't seen Messie up close but I did mention she looked as ugly as all get-out, of course that was only from quick glimpses from afar.
