Irreverence - Harvest Ale

Born on October 8th 2011

Joining the party Saturday October 8th @ 2:00 p.m. for Nash Bash 2011...

Irreverence - Harvest Ale, a wet-hopped red ale.

Harvest season is upon us and with it comes the wet-hop harvest ales. I may be the last one in the region to release my wet-hop harvest ale but I'm sure you'll agree it was worth the wait. That's right, you can taste the fresh hops in this one. Irreverence. It's not the hoppiest harvest ale I've made but the fresh hops do come through nicely, a great quaff with lovely balance, superb aromatics and flavours hinting toward its deep colour.

Now I don't know about you folks but come this Saturday I'm going to be a bit disrespectful and drink it! There's no better way to celebrate the hop harvest and the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Enjoy.
