The Preacher Man's Wife India Pale Ale is a brew of immaculate and tasty proportions. Brewed with the tiniest handful of the lovely Citra hop cultivar with their low cohumulone content for bittering make for a smooth well integrated brew. The rest of the brew has been pummeled with 50% Cascade and 50% Columbus cultivars, and finally the wort was fermented with Nottingham ale yeast creating something really fucking tasty so get on it, take your best shot at evangelical drinking.

Catholic School Girl Saison hits the taps today, Tuesday July 5th at 5:00 p.m. It's a farmhouse style ale brewed with loads of Citra and Amarillo hops, fresh ginger and a ton of oatmeal. Intensely fruity and spicy at the same time with a refreshing somewhat dry finish. Have at 'er before or after a brief chat with the Preacher Man IPA.
